Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the hemp garments you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid sustainable shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Securely seal your items in their original eco-friendly mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
